Position Summary:
Oversees the day-to-day administration of the Building Division; provides management
and oversight to all building-related processes within the Department, including plan
review, inspection, technical reviews, code development and interpretation, collaborates
with other city departments, and issuance of Certificates of Occupancy and Certificates of
Completion; and assesses building safety conditions throughout the community, including
determinations of safeness to occupy and other potential violations of the adopted Building
Code.
